In the meantime, we saw a post by Calum McDonald (@topologen) that we really liked (JAN.19), and decided to revisit this prompt to "follow it correctly".

The original algorithm is really simple: Start with one noisy line. Each time you redraw that line down the page, stretch it along the Y-axis. From that, a whole new pattern emerges as the lines progressively overlap. Cool!

Curie spun a variation on that to make a perspective-ish mountain range or some wrinkled tapestry or a really odd accumulations of ribs and spines.
